Patrolio Member Quickstart

How to setup a new Patrolio Member

There are several ways to become a member of Patrolio

  1. Most common: Your install/security company set you up as a member and you don't have to self register

  2. Go to Patrolio.com and click JOIN, follow all steps.

  3. Get invited by your neighbor or friend. Click and follow all steps.

Save web app to your phone 📱

  1. Go to https://member.patrolio.com, enter your phone, enter the code.

  2. Click through the welcome pages, now you are in Patrolio!

  3. Add it as a web app to your phone.

    1. iPhone: Tap the share icon, scroll, tap, ADD TO HOME SCREEN

    2. Android/Samsung: Tap the 3Dots, tap ADD TO HOME SCREEN

Add co-workers or family members to your account 👪

  1. Go to Patrolio App, tap 3 Lines icon for MORE

  2. Tap Settings

  3. Tap Add New Contact

  4. Enter Phone and Name

  5. Tap Done

Add Guard Contacts - IMPORTANT!

Add this to your contacts in your phone so you don’t not miss phone calls from response teams!👍👍

  1. Add a new Contact by scanning this QR code here:

    2. This will prompt you to create a contact named Patrolio Video Monitoring with these 3 numbers automatically

      1. 251-551-1742

      2. 619-304-4016

      3. 619-329-8928

    3. CREATE and Save this new contact

  2. Setup Emergency Calls/Texts for this new contact 🚨

    1. iPhone

      1. Open Contacts, find the new contact, tap Edit.

      2. Tap Ringtone, select EMERGENCY BYPASS, under sound tap CLASSIC then ALARM. Done.

      3. Tap TextTone, select EMERGENCY BYPASS, under sound tap CLASSIC/TELEGRAPH. Done.

    2. Android/Samsung

      1. Open Settings.

      2. Tap Sound & vibration (or Notifications on some phones).

      3. Tap Do Not Disturb.

      4. Tap People.

        1. Tap Call and select all the new monitoring Contact as allowed

        2. Tap Messages and select the new monitoring Contact as allowed
